For the duration of your stay
A 12,000 square foot Federal-period residence in the heart of Georgetown, restored with original architectural details intact. Three floors, six bedroom suites, 15 bathrooms, and a separate three-bedroom guest house — all on a single private acre.
The estate gardens were designed by landscape architect Rose Greely in 1930 and later updated by Perry Wheeler — the designer of the White House Rose Garden. Grand estate walls, manicured boxwoods, terraced grounds, a bowling green, a large herb garden, and covered fireside seating. A setting that cannot be replicated.
A personal concierge is on-site throughout your stay. Share your preferences in advance and the house is ready for them. Anything else that comes up is handled the moment you ask.
